(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any memberships, digital content, communications, and services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  1. Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals who are:

  • Nineteen (19) years of age or older if residing in Canada, or
  • Twenty-one (21) years of age or older if residing in the United States.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.

  1. Accounts & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized parties and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

  1. Memberships & Billing

Only100Club offers recurring monthly memberships that provide access to digital content, benefits, and community features.

  • Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time or content.

Prices, billing terms, and membership benefits are disclosed at checkout and may change from time to time.

  1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for unused membership time, digital content, or benefits, except where required by applicable law.

  1. Membership Sharing

Certain membership tiers may permit limited sharing of access to digital content with family members or friends, as described on the Site.

However:

  • Sweepstakes entry is strictly limited to one (1) natural person per membership.
  • Shared access does not grant sweepstakes eligibility.
  • Abuse, resale, or misuse of access may result in suspension or termination without refund.
  1. Sweepstakes & Promotions

From time to time, the Company may offer promotional sweepstakes. All sweepstakes are governed by separate Official Rules, which are incorporated by reference.

No purchase is required to enter any sweepstakes. Membership purchase does not increase chances of winning.

  1. Mobile Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages, you consent to receive recurring messages related to account activity, promotions, and updates.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or following provided instructions.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to West Valley Corp. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  1. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

  • Canadian residents: disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
  • U.S. residents: disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, on an individual basis, with a waiver of class actions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  1. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site or communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
